This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Jeb AI – No Need Internet (the “App”), developed and operated by Akash Shakya Digital Services. This policy explains how we handle data and your privacy rights when using the App.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

The core functionality of Jeb AI – No Need Internet runs entirely on your device. The App does not collect, store, or transmit your personal messages, chats, prompts, or conversations to any server.

• We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or device information through the local AI features.
• We do not access your contacts, messages, photos, or other private files.
• We do not track your conversations or model usage generated inside the offline AI engine.

2. How the App Works (Offline AI)

The App runs large language models (LLMs) directly on your Android device in offline mode. Model files are downloaded once and stored locally; after that, all processing happens on your phone.

• Model files may be downloaded from open‑source repositories (such as Hugging Face or other public sources) directly to your device.
• Your conversations with the AI are processed and stored only on your device, unless you choose to export or share them manually.

3. Firebase Services (Analytics + Version Check)

The App uses Firebase (by Google) for two limited purposes only:

• Analytics: We collect basic anonymous usage data (like app opens, screen views, and crash events) to improve stability and performance. This data does not include your personal messages or private content.
• Version check / updates: The app checks for new versions and updates using Firebase Remote Config or Firebase App Distribution. This is used only to notify you about available updates and does not read your local data or chats.

By using the App, you agree to this limited use of Firebase services. If you do not agree, you should uninstall the app or disable internet connectivity on your device.

4. Security and Data Protection

Since your conversations never leave your device, your privacy mainly depends on your device security.

• Data stored on your device is only as secure as your lock screen, password, and device permissions.
• Firebase does not receive your chat content or personal messages; only anonymous analytics and device‑level telemetry are sent.
• If you export, screenshot, or share chats outside the App, that data may be subject to the privacy policies of other services (e.g., cloud storage, messaging apps).

5. Third‑Party Services

The App currently uses only Firebase (Google) for analytics and version‑related checks. Open‑source model files are downloaded directly from public repositories (like Hugging Face) to your device, but these downloads are not tracked by us.

If we add new third‑party services in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and clearly explain what data is shared and why.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising the use of the App by minors and ensuring that they do not share sensitive personal information.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the App or by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the App after such changes means you accept the updated policy.
